4 bedrooms (1 is a balcony dorm with 7 beds), 1 1/2 baths with shower, kitchen, living room with fireplace. Log cottage down by the stream.
Rates are based on a minimum of 8. (12 in the Winter) Accommodates up to 15.  Each additional guest is $20 per person per night or $75 for the week.
